Festival Opening

The time has finally come to light the sehsüchte-flame again for the official opening of the 38th International Student Film Festival in the great hall of the Thalia Arthouse Cinemas in Potsdam-Babelsberg.
With our guests we want to celebrate the start of an exiting festival week entirely devoted to young international film and warmly welcome all new generation filmmakers. The opening block of films that follows the festival opening offers a first taste of the high quality film programme, before the flame is going to spread into the gala celebration at the nearby Hochschule für Film und Fernsehen “Konrad Wolf”.
